Higg Facility Environmental Module (FEM)
•Annual verified assessment via Intertek.
•Shared industry assessment that evaluates performance in key areas of environmental sustainability.
Social & Labor Convergence (SLCP)
• Annual verification by certified 3rd party verifying body.
•Shared industry assessment that evaluates performance in key areas of health & safety, labor, and social responsibility.
Annual CPSIA & RSL testing for all embellishment systems via Intertek.
•CPSIA testing is a regulatory requirement outlined by the Consumer Product Safety Commission and focuses on lead (Pb) and phthalate content. This also includes all required CPC and/or GCC certificates.
•RSL (restricted substance list) testing puts the product through a range of laboratory tests to ensure no restricted substances are contained within the embellishment products (inks, heat seal transfers, etc.).
